INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN
Original art may be purchased in three installments over a period of three months or by special arrangements with the seller. Please be sure when making a request to join the installment plan. Failure to honor the agreed to payment could result in a loss of part of your deposit. Any installment plan requires that the requested art be removed from inventory, therefore, having a serious impact on the financial well being of the artist. We are looking forward to serving you
To Join the installment plan, please send us at an email listing the name, and price of the art, and a screen shot (optional) of the work that you would like to purchase. We will set up the subscription plan and schedule for you. You will receive an invoice which requires the first installment payment. An invoice will be emailed to you before the due date of each subsequent payment.
SHIPPING AND PRINTS AND REPRODUCTIONS:
PRINTS: We offer free shipping and handling for all prints and reproduction within the United States.
SHIPPING AND ORIGINAL ART: SHIPPING COST IS NOT CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. Once the original art work transaction is completed, the buyer will be emailed a shipping invoice estimate within 7 days. The invoice must be completed and paid in full before shipment can occur.
All order for original art is based on the rates of the cheapest and safest shipper and is the responsibility of the buyer. All packing and crating is the responsibility of the seller. You will be emailed with the final shipping cost once the finished shipping container's weight has been estimated by the shipping agent. Cancelation of an order at this time will result in the packaging cost being deducted from the refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges. Any damaged items caused by shipping must be returned immediately in original shipping containers. Art that is damaged through negligence by the buyer cannot be returned. Any item returned that is damaged, surface damages, holes, or require restoration work, etc. cannot be processed for a refund.
